These terms govern your use of AIFLIX (theaiflix.com) ("AIFLIX", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use AIFLIX.
1. What AIFLIX is
AIFLIX is a free catalog that organizes AI-made series, micro-dramas and films published by their creators on YouTube, Dailymotion and Vimeo. We do not host the videos. They play in each platform's own embedded player, under that platform's terms, and they belong to their creators. Titles can stop working or disappear at any time if the creator or the platform removes them.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
- The 18+ section is only for adults. By confirming your age you declare that you are an adult where you live.
- You are responsible for your account, for the profiles and PINs you create, and for what happens under your account. Kids profiles are managed by the adult account holder.
- Give accurate information and keep your login details safe.
3. Acceptable use
Don't:
- use AIFLIX for anything illegal, or to infringe anyone's rights;
- scrape, copy or resell the catalog, or access the service with bots or automated tools;
- abuse the AI search or other features, or get around usage limits or security measures;
- try to access other people's accounts or data;
- suggest titles you know infringe copyright, show real people without consent, sexualize minors or are otherwise unlawful.
4. Titles you add
When you add a title with "+ Add", it is saved to your profile and also sent to us as a suggestion. We may add it to the shared catalog, edit its details or decline it. You confirm that, to your knowledge, the video is lawfully published on its platform.
5. Creators and copyright
All videos, titles, artwork and trademarks belong to their owners. Fan-made titles are unofficial and are not endorsed by, or affiliated with, the owners of the original works. If you own content listed on AIFLIX and want it removed or credited differently, email adan@twimbox.com with the AIFLIX link and proof that you own the content. We remove listings promptly. To remove the video itself, contact the platform where it is hosted.
6. AI search
Search results and their explanations are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Check a title's details before watching. AI search may be limited per account and per day.
7. YouTube and other platforms
Watching YouTube videos or using the "+ Add" search (which uses YouTube API Services) means you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Dailymotion and Vimeo videos are subject to those platforms' terms. Platforms may show their own ads inside their players.
8. Changes and termination
We may change, pause or discontinue any part of AIFLIX. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using AIFLIX and ask us to delete your account at any time. If we change these terms we will update the date above; continuing to use AIFLIX means you accept the new version.
9. No warranty and limitation of liability
AIFLIX is provided free and "as is", without warranties of any kind, including availability, accuracy of the catalog and the content of third-party videos. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for third-party content and platforms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

Estos términos regulan el uso de AIFLIX (theaiflix.com) ("AIFLIX", "nosotros"). Al crear una cuenta o usar el sitio los aceptás, junto con nuestra Política de privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses AIFLIX.
1. Qué es AIFLIX
AIFLIX es un catálogo gratuito que ordena series, microdramas y películas hechas con IA que sus creadores publican en YouTube, Dailymotion y Vimeo. No alojamos los videos. Se reproducen en el reproductor de cada plataforma, bajo sus propios términos, y pertenecen a sus creadores. Un título puede dejar de funcionar o desaparecer en cualquier momento si el creador o la plataforma lo quitan.
2. Tu cuenta
- Tenés que tener al menos 13 años para crear una cuenta. Si sos menor de edad según la ley de tu país, un padre, madre o tutor tiene que aceptar estos términos.
- La sección +18 es solo para adultos. Al confirmar tu edad declarás que sos mayor de edad donde vivís.
- Sos responsable de tu cuenta, de los perfiles y PIN que crees y de lo que pase con tu cuenta. Los perfiles para niños los administra el adulto titular.
- Dá información correcta y cuidá tus datos de acceso.
3. Uso aceptable
No está permitido:
- usar AIFLIX para algo ilegal o para violar derechos de otros;
- extraer, copiar o revender el catálogo, ni usar el servicio con bots o herramientas automáticas;
- abusar de la búsqueda con IA u otras funciones, ni saltear límites de uso o medidas de seguridad;
- intentar acceder a cuentas o datos de otras personas;
- sugerir títulos que sabés que violan derechos de autor, muestran a personas reales sin su consentimiento, sexualizan a menores o son ilegales por otro motivo.
4. Títulos que agregás
Cuando agregás un título con "+ Agregar", se guarda en tu perfil y además nos llega como sugerencia. Podemos sumarlo al catálogo compartido, editar sus datos o descartarlo. Confirmás que, hasta donde sabés, el video está publicado legalmente en su plataforma.
5. Creadores y derechos de autor
Todos los videos, títulos, imágenes y marcas pertenecen a sus dueños. Los títulos fan-made no son oficiales y no están avalados ni vinculados con los titulares de las obras originales. Si sos dueño de un contenido que aparece en AIFLIX y querés que lo saquemos o que lo acreditemos distinto, escribí a adan@twimbox.com con el link de AIFLIX y una prueba de que el contenido es tuyo. Quitamos la ficha a la brevedad. Para bajar el video en sí, contactá a la plataforma donde está publicado.
6. Búsqueda con IA
Los resultados y sus explicaciones se generan automáticamente y pueden tener errores u omisiones. Revisá la ficha de un título antes de verlo. La búsqueda con IA puede tener un límite por cuenta y por día.
7. YouTube y otras plataformas
Ver videos de YouTube o usar la búsqueda de "+ Agregar" (que usa los Servicios de API de YouTube) implica aceptar también las Condiciones del Servicio de YouTube. Los videos de Dailymotion y Vimeo se rigen por los términos de esas plataformas. Las plataformas pueden mostrar su propia publicidad dentro de sus reproductores.
8. Cambios y baja
Podemos cambiar, pausar o discontinuar cualquier parte de AIFLIX. Podemos suspender cuentas que no cumplan estos términos. Podés dejar de usar AIFLIX y pedirnos que borremos tu cuenta cuando quieras. Si cambiamos estos términos actualizamos la fecha de arriba; si seguís usando AIFLIX, aceptás la nueva versión.
9. Sin garantías y límite de responsabilidad
AIFLIX se ofrece gratis y "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo, incluidas la disponibilidad, la exactitud del catálogo y el contenido de videos de terceros. En la medida que lo permita la ley, no respondemos por daños indirectos ni por contenido o plataformas de terceros. Nada de esto limita los derechos que te dan las leyes de defensa del consumidor que no se pueden renunciar.
10. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Delaware, Estados Unidos, sin perjuicio de las normas obligatorias de defensa del consumidor del país donde vivís.
